I can offer you several crystal treatments and you can find more information about these on my site.

Crystals all operate at different vibrations to help your body restore its natural equilibrium. I work with the crystals in your energy body, also known as your aura.  The crystals work towards aligning any imbalances that are sensed.  

We are all inclined to have very busy lives with a never ending to do list so having a crystal treatment can help your energy field replenish.

The crystal web is placed on the face, and is a non invasive treatment using a high voltage, crystalline light therapy that is totally natural. 

Therefore the crystal light acts as a source of energy helping to repair damaged skin cells, and its also able to treat acne and other skin disorders.

The high frequency light energy gently stimulates cell renewal helping to tone, tighten the muscles and the skin, boosting the production of collagen and elastin, making you feel rejuvenated.

The Crystal web sits on acupressure points resulting in a whole body relaxation experience, as it calms the neurological system.

 The specially selected crystals on the Web of Light help give you a relaxed yet uplifted and positive mindset.   

This Treatment is great with a full body massage, add it to one of the other treatments, or you can have it in its own.

Reiki originates from Japan  and is a very simple system of healing, just by laying the hands on or above the body of the recipient, animal or plant.

I am an Usui Reiki Master with many years experience of giving treatments.  

Reiki is a universal life force energy which I channel through my hands, working in your energy field or aura.

 By simply setting the intention to heal and  using this loving energy, it will find its way to where it needs to go within the body. 

 This helps unblock any imbalances and is also enhanced by the vibrations of the crystals, helping your body to help heal itself.

Swedish Body massage helps to relax and ease tension from every day stresses and strains.

 By massaging the muscles and the soft tissues of the body, it helps to increase the blood flow and oxygen to the treated areas.

Therefore Swedish massage calms the nervous system, relaxes muscular tension, increases flexibility, improves posture and helps the blood and lymphatic system.

The medium used with this treatment will be either a pre-blended essential oil, a plain base oil, or a plain massage cream. The choice is yours.

I offer this treatment either on a one to one basis or in a group.

 I can also use crystals, by placing them on your chakras, or if in a group they will be placed around the bowls. 

This will infuse the treatment and by setting the intensions will empower the session.

This experience is good for helping your mind to quieten down, relaxing the nervous system and finding the equilibrium within you.

For a Tibetan sound bowl treatment, massaging on the body fully clothed is used, and mainly on the back of the body. This is the half an hour treatment, or you can lay down on the couch whilst listening to the bowls being played.

For a Crystal sound bowl treatment in an hours session, crystals can be placed on the chakras, or for a shorter session just absorb the crystalline light energy of the sounds, emanating from the crystal sound bowls whilst laying down on my cosy couch.

I've been reading tarot cards for many years and have also done several tarot courses.  The tarot never ceases to amaze me in the way it unravels the past, present and future stories for people.  There can also be surprises along the way!

I also use crystals during my tarot readings which brings the beneficial energy of these into your reading. Additionally, I listen to guidance from those in the spirit world. If your loved ones choose to step forward, I will incorporate their messages in your reading.
